Participants, ages 14-18, engaged in mentorship, etiquette training, and hands-on experiences over the course of 10 weeks, gaining essential life skills for their future. With the support of community leaders like Mayor Marty Small and Director Kamau Johnson, the program has proven to be a stepping stone to a brighter, more empowered future for Atlantic City's youth.
