The youth in Atlantic City Reentry Services' Raising Kings & Queens program had an inspiring and educational start to #BlackHistoryMonth with an unforgettable trip to the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. The visit allowed the young participants to explore the rich history and contributions of African Americans throughout history, providing them with a deeper understanding of their heritage. This experience sparked conversation, reflection, and pride among the group, and set the tone for a month filled with learning and growth.
