The Atlantic City Police Department recently celebrated an inspiring milestone as 19 recruits were sworn in during a special ceremony. These individuals are now set to begin their Police Academy training, marking the start of their journey to protect and serve the community.
Among the recruits was Nimit Patel, a former Atlantic City Police Explorer, who has already demonstrated a deep commitment to law enforcement. The Police Explorer program, which mentors' youth aged 14-21, played a pivotal role in shaping Patel’s path toward this momentous achievement. The City of Atlantic City extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the recruits for their dedication and success thus far.
