In the true spirit of the holiday season, the Atlantic City Senior Services Division, in collaboration with the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Office, spread cheer through its second annual Food Box Giveaway. This meaningful event provided 500 pre-registered Atlantic City residents with turkeys, hams, and all the festive trimmings needed for a holiday feast.
Continuing their mission of giving, the Senior Services Division, with the help of the city’s homeless outreach team, delivered 500 hot holiday meals to senior living facilities across the city. The meals, generously donated by Kelsey’s Atlantic City, ensured that residents could enjoy a warm and festive dinner, bringing comfort and joy to seniors throughout the community.
This initiative reflects the City of Atlantic City’s unwavering dedication to supporting its residents, particularly during the holiday season, and fostering a sense of togetherness and care across the city.
